Refund Policy

Cue offers a money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund eligibility depends on your plan type and purchase. AI credit packs are non-refundable.

Individual monthly plans (Lite, Pro, Max)

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You retain access through the end of your current billing period. First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for monthly plans.

Individual annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refund is available, but you may downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Team plans

Team plans follow the same policy as individual plans, with an extended evaluation window of 30 days for refund eligibility. Seat reductions (removing team members) take effect at the next billing cycle. No mid-cycle refunds are issued for removed seats.

AI credit packs

AI credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Credits are consumable, non-transferable, and never expire. If you believe a credit purchase was made in error, contact support for case-by-case review.

  3. Submit a refund request with your account email and reason
