# Quick Start Guide: Your First Practice Session

Get started with Abriz Cue: create a script with AI, practice with the teleprompter, review session stats, and optionally rehearse Q&A on the Abriz Cue chat. This guide walks you through each step.

## Sections

### Step 1: Create a script

Navigate to the Abriz Cue chat (sidebar → Abriz Cue) and describe what you need. For example: "Write a 2-minute investor pitch for my fintech startup." The AI will generate a draft that you can edit, refine through conversation, or rewrite inline.

### Step 2: Practice with the teleprompter

Open your script and click "Present" to launch the teleprompter. From the Practice page, click "Practice" on any script to enter practice mode with a timer and session tracking. The teleprompter scrolls automatically. Adjust the speed and font size to your preference.

### Step 3: Review your session

When you finish a session, Abriz Cue shows your duration, words per minute (WPM), and completion percentage. Visit the Analytics page to track trends across all your sessions and see your practice streaks.

### Step 4: Rehearse Q&A (optional)

Open **Abriz Cue** from the sidebar. In the **Q&A prep** bar above the message field, switch **On**, then optionally choose which **script** the questions should follow. Send a message (or tap the **Q&A prep** starter idea) to begin. Abriz Cue will ask tough questions tied to your script, react to your answers, and keep the drill focused. See **Rehearsing Q&A with Abriz Cue** for detail.
