# Refund Policy

Abriz Cue offers a money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund eligibility depends on your plan type and purchase. AI credit packs are non-refundable.

## Sections

### Individual monthly plans (Lite, Pro, Max)

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You retain access through the end of your current billing period. **First-time subscribers** are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for monthly plans.

### Individual annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the **first 14 days** of purchase. After 14 days, no refund is available, but you may downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

### Team plans

Team plans follow the same policy as individual plans, with an extended evaluation window of **30 days** for refund eligibility. Seat reductions (removing team members) take effect at the next billing cycle. No mid-cycle refunds are issued for removed seats.

### AI credit packs

AI credit pack purchases are **non-refundable**. Credits are consumable, non-transferable, and never expire. If you believe a credit purchase was made in error, contact support for case-by-case review.

### How to request a refund

2. Select **Help & Support**
3. Submit a refund request with your account email and reason
